Терапия во многом это работа с разочарованием. Прошлое невозможно переиграть, а можно только пережить и оставить в прошлом. Никто не всемогущ. Последнее время больше общаюсь с психологами, работающими в других модальностях: экзистенциальной терапии, КПТ, гештальте. В их речи много глаголов действия и есть общая устремленность к практикам во имя изменений.
