Мы с Викторией Малютиной - офигенной психологиней- подготовили инструкцию о первом походе к специалисту: -как понять, к кому идти (психологу, психотерапевту или психиатру); -в чем различия психиатра из платной клиники и гос врача (у гос есть учёт, и описано, что это); -красные флажки психиатра; -чего стоит ждать от приема психиатра, как все проходит в норме. Морально помогали и верстали "Справимся"
