куда глубже? лечь спать в 02:30 и проснуться в 5-6 утра это уже что то неотъемлемое, родное и вросшее. Отсутствие усталости вряд ли здоровый признак с таким режимом, однако, ухудшений не наблюдается, посмотрим что дальше
