Всем добрый вечер, вот такой интересный мем мне попался на днях =). Спор на тему того что html язык программирования или нет, длиться уже вечность. С одной стороны, это просто разметка и оформление с помощью тегов. С другой мы не рисуем в программе, а пишем код на специализированном html языке в виде команд(тегов) для этой самой разметки. А как вы считаете HTML это язык программирования или нет?
