А вы знали, что "крепкость" мембранного белка можно померять, вытягивая его за один из концов с помощью атомно-силового микроскопа? На самом деле, много кто пытается сделать антитела с помощью компьютера - пару недель назад в Nature Biotechnology опубликован алгоритм Germinal от команды из Стэнфорда, с неплохими успехами против нескольких мишеней.
