Затяжная зима и общий фон новостей последнего времени (думал написать "месяцев", но, кажется, уже годов") многих повергают не в самые лучшие мысли и настроение. На прошлой неделе посетил презентацию манифеста сервисных управляющих компаний в рамках Российской строительной недели. Приятно, что поднят важный вопрос — необходимость рынка, конкуренции и прозрачности в сфере ЖКХ, где обычно говорят совсем о другом. Меня особенно порадовало, что я снова в позиции "а я же говорил". Сходил в гости на подкаст, поговорить про ЖКХ сегодня. Затронули очень много тем, прошлись по верхам, но хорошо для понимания текущих проблем, вызовов и их истоков. Ну и самое важное помнить —ЖКХ — отрасль, которая позже всех начала выходить из плановой экономики (в том виде, что она была в СССР) и не дойдя далеко, стремительно начала двигаться назад, иногда сворачивая и выписывая пируэты.
