Спасибо за вопрос. Диффузные изменения это изменение структуры органа. Жировой гепатоз это только повышение эхогенности. Структура по УЗИ однородная, контуры ровные и четкие.
Коллеги, этот случай интересен не диагнозом. Рак толстой кишки, к сожалению, мы все встречаем. Интересно здесь другое, насколько "безобидно" всё выглядело в самом начале. Женщина, 30 лет.
