reading my #yap paragraphs feel kinda bittersweet because I'm proud of myself for how far I've come since olevels but also I mourn the way i used to write what i feel and learnt so clearly and easily. now my brain can't even comprehend and string logical sentences together without overthinking all grammar rules😭

any suggestions are welcome and appreciated!! ill start by reading articles on topics that interest me as well as creative writing/journalling (which I used to LOVE but stopped doing bc i got lazy)
anyway I WILL clean my room today and start thinking of ways to get my mind working like how it used to
could I have spent my holidays more productively and fruitfully? absolutely. but i don't want to spend the rest of it feeling guilty for what I have done. I don't think change can ever be "too late" and it's better to start instead of wasting time dwelling on my mistakes. though it has been fun gaming all night with friends BUT I know it's gotten out of hand

also another thing I noticed was how slow my mind seemed to be working. all that doomscrolling really got to me because I used to take so much pride in the way i conveyed my emotions with words and through speaking but ever since I stopped studying and engaging my brain actively, I feel like I've been less creative which also explains why my small business hasn't been doing that well recently

abit ashamed to admit this but I haven't been very productive, I spend most of my time gaming, doomscrolling and calling friends. I've been wanting to tidy up my room but I kept procrastinating, I'll probably get it done today because the guilt JUST hit me 😕
some updates about what I've been doing: tbh nothing interesting really..I got rejected from 3 jobs and quite literally gave up so I decided to chill for the whole 5 month break and honestly I don't think there's anything wrong with that, I'd never get to have a holiday like this again so why not enjoy it while it lasts (another way of saying I'm living a bum life)
