Ноги они есть не всегда. Часто их вижу но не чувствую настолько чтобы ими двигать. Поэтому их надо нагружать. Как ? Просто давать им работу.
Если я долго ими не пользуюсь то тело становится буд то бы без ног. Мозг их теряет и я живу как полчеловека.
А как лашь им нагрузку то прямо м…
Я не помнила про что был прошлый пост. Открыла и поняла что я уже давно не пол человека. А более целый персонаж
Ноги больше проявляются в просто жизни. Но все равно мне меня такой мало. Знаю что может быть больше.
Вчера попробовали стоять. Сто лет не стояли. Очень большрй перерыв вышел.
И сразу ног стало очень много во мне. Они совсем не слушаются. Только какие то отголоски опоры проскакивают. Но тело стало огромным…
После урока АБМ сегодня
Двигать ногой это очень сложно. Я вот все знаю как одна должна развернуться но нет с ней связи никакой. Не слушается совсем и только включение таза и плеч ее намного запускает. Потом такое волшебное ощущение полной себя.
Обычно я себя чувствую как пол человека.
А после таких усилий человека больше и сколиоз чувствуется меньше.
Я плыла сегодня под свист и аплодисменты зрителей. Рядом была Ксюша на другое дорожке Даша. Я была одной из многих сильно непростых ребят которые плавают благодаря ток что есть клуб я плаваю.
Володя помогает мне и мроги многим быть настоящей.
Кстати вода была холодная. Очень страшно было нырять в нее. А потом раз и это перестает иметь значение. Есть только дорожка руки тренера и моя решимость не захлебнуться, выдержа…
Я пытаюсь понять что мне мешает вставать. Первое - это я не знаю как ощущается стояние. Я не очень понимаю к чему надо стремиться
Опора на ноги это одно. При всех поддержках я могу ее создать. Но стоять это мне неведомое. Сидеть могу в кресле. И на лошади.
Я бы начала с сопоставления сидения и опоры на ноги.
Мне надо понять как соединить ноги с управлением корпусом.
И начать это пожалуй лучше с лежачего положения.
У нас с мамой вышла первая глава руководства по жизни с особым ребенком. Типа методички. Книга пишется долго. Ждите через неделю вторую главу. Она будет про игру. Как играть с нами такими непростыми.
А главу про общение уже можно прочесть.

Про папу
Папа это то что половина меня. Или по другому - папа это половина моего мира коротвй родители. Он умеет создать настроение и уравновесить погоду в доме.
Это у нас папино. ещё он видит перспективу. Может дальновидно принимать решения. И даёт мне опору в лёгкости бытия. Я иногда грущу что я имею свои проблемы и не могу много чего. .но именно папа мне помогает это преодолеть. Он знакомит меня с миром фантастики…
