основна думка на сьогодні: решта - на роздуми щодо штрафів від тцк: Оокреме питання, якщо виконавча служба виставляє штраф особі, то 1) на чиї рахунки йде оплата? це рахунки казначейства? вони відповідають нормі закону? (конституція, реєстрація юр. особи і т.п) 2) на чиї рахунки повинна була йти оплата штрафів, які виставлені тцк 3) легітимність самих тцк і т.п
