عارف أنت لما حاجه تحصل وتأثر ف مشاعرك أوي وبعد كدا تتكرر كذا مرا فـ رد فعلك من كتر ما بتحصل تبقا عاديه لا بتعيط ولا بتتكلم عنها !؟ بس هي لسه بتأثر فيك زي أول مره حصلت بس كدا كدا مش هتاخد رد فعل عشان أنت اتعودت ع كدا بقا دا من اسوء الهزايم ال ممكن الواحد يحس بيها لإنك بتبقا مدرك أنك هتتهزم ونفس الحاجة هتحصلك وقاعد بتستقبلها وانت بتجر ذيول الخيبه من سكات.... 🙂

قمة الأذى النفسي لما يتم إتهامك بحاجات مش حقيقية وتسمع عن نفسك صفات عمرها ما كانت فيك فتصعب عليك نفسك لدرجة إنك مش قادر تدافع ولا حتى ترد إنت واقف متكتف وف حالة ذهول بسبب ال بتسمعه ومصدوم من الشخص ال بيقول لك الكلام دا .. وحقيقي من الحاجات المؤذية نفسياً إنك تسمع كلام مش متوقعه من حد بتحبه.

عمري ما زعلت وأنا المظلوم أو وأنا ليا حق أنا بزعل بس لو أنا ال كنت ظالم أو جيت ع حد لكن طول ما أنا صاحب حق ببقى متطمن وواثق إن حقي هييجي ودا مش كلام عشان أصبر نفسي لأ دا وعد ربنا لكل مظلوم ولكل صاحب حق (وعزتي وجلالي لأنصرنك ولو بعد حين) وأظن مفيش حاجة تطمن قلبك وتريح روحك أكتر من كدا .. اصبر أنت بس وعند الله تجتمع الخصوم.

ف ناس مكتوب عليها تسعد ال حواليها لكن ما بتلاقيش ال يسعدها تسمع ال حواليها لكن ما بتلاقيش ال يسمعها دا قدرهم ومهما حاولوا يهربوا منه أو يغيروا من طباعهم الطيبة دي ما بيعرفوش لإن هما كدا وهيفضلوا كدا بس ال يزعل بجد إن الناس دي لما بتمر بفترة صعبة ما بيلاقوش حد جنبهم رغم إن كل ال بيتمنوه إن يبقى عندهم شخص واحد ما بيضغطش عليهم ويتفهم حالتهم ويطبطب .. يطبطب وبس.
