Приостановить трудовые договора для мобилизованных невозможно. На текущий момент возможность сохранить работу, о которой говорил президент, не предусмотрена в трудовом законодательстве. Сегодня трудовой договор с сотрудником можно либо заключить, либо расторгнуть. Промежуточных стадий не предусмотрено даже в случае мобилизации.
