This is a picture of Roman Protasevich from 2011. He is the NEXTA co-founder who was arrested in the Ryan Air incident yesterday. NEXTA is headquartered in Warsaw. Some young Belarusian guys protest in my city square occasionally, I'll see if I can get an interview with one. Generally Belarusians don't know English tho (much less so than say Ukrainians)
