10 лет я занимаюсь организацией корпоративного спорта. 4,5 лет работаю с проектом «Мой спортивный район» Что я поняла за это время? Команда - самое главное. Люди должны работать на своих местах и они должны хотеть работать. Тут мне повезло, лишние отваливаются практически сразу. Не включаться в любые интриги. Немного охреневшие Лужники. Последний год я там бываю не частно, но каждый раз положительно удивляюсь какие все классные, кто там тренируется. Бодрые, веселые и ответственные. Я очень надеюсь что Лужники очнутся и вернут 300р за час. И я понимаю возмущения клиентов, но вот хочу ещё про тренеров поговорить😂😂😂 Тренеры часто привозят инвентарь и метро в этом случае отпадает. Собственно, к своим 600 р в час парковки …

Подсказали мне тут идею😂 В очередной раз, рассказывая чем я занимаюсь, что делаю и как это работает, выслушав стандартное для меня «каааак ты все это успеваешь», меня обозвали архитектором спортивной среды😂 (там у человека проф деформация - все и всё должно иметь свое название). Суть в том, что это первое определение которое мне понравилось и которое по сути является верным. По факту я ее формирую где-то через себ…

«Обожаю» подобные ситуации ☺️ Поясню для всех. В проекте «Мой спортивный район», у нас на каждой локации работает тренер и администратор. В договоре у тренера прописано следующее: прибытие на локацию за 10 мин до начала тренировки, скинуть фотоотчет в рабочую группу. Если это не выполняется, то оплата сокращается на 200 руб. (Может 250, не помню). Тренер который проводит две тренировки подряд, сейчас получает от 370…
