Внимание внимание!!! Найден божественный веган сыр!! Я вообще фанат сыра и наверное это единственное, что заставляет меня иногда грустить. Половина веганских сыров на вкус как кусок пальмового масла. Но вчера я заехала в вегетус и увидела его упаковку, она очень симпатичная и случилась искра, буря, безумие. Выбор пал на сырочек с карамелезированым луком! Это же просто идеально! Совершенно случайно в экобуфете были куплены новые рыбные веганские котлетки. 7 штучек за 180 гривен, цена конечно не супер, но уже лучше чем beyond meat. Я не фанат бургеров поэтому к котлеткам на гарнир картофельное пюре с овсяными сливками. Размер небольшой, по текстуре прям как надо, волокнистая. А вот по вкусу непонятные эмоции. Я залетаю к вам с рецептом простого салатика! Сейчас у меня не так много времени дома и я стараюсь готовить быстро и сытно.
