✍Сегодня прошёл приём граждан. Встретились с жителями, обсудили разные вопросы — в основном про благоустройство, работу общественного транспорта и ЖКХ. Прямой диалог помогает быстрее разобраться в ситуации: можно сразу уточнить детали, объяснить, что уже делается, и понять, какие шаги нужны дальше. Часть вопросов рассмотрели на месте, остальные взяли в работу.

Заманчиво пройтись по замёрзшему пруду или реке, но лёд — коварная ловушка. Он кажется прочным, а на самом деле может не выдержать веса человека. Под снегом — ещё тоньше. У берега — слабее.
