Показывала сейчас 1 комн квартиру на Просвещении, интересант говорит в прошлом году за эту цену смотрел 2х комн🙈 Ну как бы, инфляция в стране, дорожает все, уже ежемесячно, еще год походит и студию за эту цену не купишь у метро😱 А вообще, с 20 года ошибка за ошибкой привели к сегодняшней ситуации на рынке и вторичной и первичной недвижимости, поздно опомнились конечно "троечники", только сейчас решили ужесточить ль…
