В момент выхода подарков телеграм отключил api метод для получения списка подарков, поэтому ничего боты не купили. Проблема затронула все боты. Был вариант купить только через api hash аккаунта (юзер бот). Вот такие дела. Всем, у кого была подписка на хостинг, сделал возврат 👍
