With the return of the caravan participants, we will now close this ticker. Even though this part of the journey is coming to an end, the struggle for Rojava and for a truly democratic society will continue. Kobane is still under siege and the agreement still has not been implemented. The achievements of the women's revolution remain at stake.

Deputy chair of the DEM party, Gülistan Kılıç Koçyiğit, spoke at a press conference in the Turkish parliament about the systematic attacks by Turkish police and military during demonstrations. According to Koçyiğit, at least 550 people were arrested and around 80 were detained. Among those affected were media workers and minors.
