Сложную книгу я прочла — сложную и с тяжёлым, горьким послевкусием. 🍂"Безмолвная ярость" Валентена Мюссо лишь на первый взгляд притворятся триллером о том, как пожилая женщина на отдыхе внезапно убивает, казалось бы, незнакомца, увидев его у бассейна, а взрослый сын берется выяснить, не скрывается ли за этим какой-то истории из прошлого. 🍂История героини и остальные персонажи в книге вымышленные — но описанные собы…

То я год ничего не читаю — то 4 книги за неделю, вообще почему-то осенью и зимой читаешь больше. Возможно, потому что больше сидишь дома, больше грустишь. Прочла: ▪️"Призраки Гарварда" Франчески Серителла — Книга привлекла уютом университетской атмосферы — лекционных залов, старых библиотек, мероприятий, таких разных студентов и старинного кампуса, но потом автор свернула с пути простой истории о привидениях и нача…
Ну и в фильмах раньше почему-то очень любили показывать, что персонаж умный, "интеллектуал" давая ему в руки Ницше. Хотя Полу Радду прощаю

Бестолковые, 1995 Кристиан читает "Джанки" Уильяма Берроуза, который относится к раннему периоду творчества Берроуза и отличается сухим, лаконичным повествовательным стилем. Описание наркотических опытов, криминального дна общества выдержано в духе «репортажа».
Дочитала таки ту самую популярную книжку из тик тока, которую я вымучила чисто не желая бросать очередную книгу. И оказалось, она не так уж плоха. Нет, в It ends with us Колин Гувер что-то все же есть — меня поразило, что сцены насилия автор списала с того, что видела между отцом и матерью в три года — и автор очень убедительно показывает, как ищут оправдания близким и в том числе - абьюзу. "Перед рассветом", 1995 История двух незнакомых людей, у которых только день в чужом городе, чтобы познакомиться, поговорить обо всем на свете, осознать, как хорошо им вместе а затем навсегда расстаться.
