امیدنامه #تپسی را دوباره نگاه کردم، چه افتضاحیه! درآمد ۰۲ و ۰۳ باید ۱.۶ و ۳.۳همت میبود و بدون کپیتالایز و جذب سرمایه جدید برای سال۰۳ پیشبینی ۸۶۰ میلیارد سود کردند. اما در عمل با هزاران میلیارد هزینه، درآمد ۰۲ حدود ۱همت و ۰۳ فقط ۲.۳همت شده و به زور کپیتالایز سود نشان داده😶

اینکه تعدادی بانک مدام منابع خود را از طریق وام به شرکتهای زیرمجموعه بدهند و اونها هم نتوانند پس بدهند و بجاش بانک املاک آنها را تحت تملک درآورد یعنی تبدیل منابع بانک به املاک غیرنقد که باعث میشود درنهایت بانک برای رفع تعهدات نقدی خود دست به اضافه برداشت از بانک مرکزی بزند. در تصاویر یک نمونه دیگراز همین بانک که به تازگی منتشر شده، آمده است.

دوستان عزیزی که در حال تحلیل #مایکت هستند، توجه کنید درآمدی که در صورت مالی منعکس شده بیشتر چیزی از جنس جیاموی است که خیلی رویه رایجی در ثبت درآمد نیست. برای محاسبه درآمد قابل تحلیل و قابل مقایسه با مثلا #کافه_بازار باید سهم برنامهنویسها را از درآمد کم کنید🙃

محمد زاهدی عزیز از بینمون رفت. محمد از اون معدود افرادی بود که زندگی کردن را واقعا بلد بود، برنامه داشت، آرزو داشت، هدف داشت. عاشقی کرد، رفاقت کرد، کمک کرد، تفریح کرد، مدرسهسازی کرد، غم شهر و کشورش را خورد! محمد یادت همیشه سبز، تو لایق زندگی کردن بودی.

تقریبا بعد از یک سال و یک ماه همان سفارش از همانجا: سه پرس چلو کوبیده: ۲،۲۳۸،۵۰۰ تومان ⬆️افزایش ریالی= ۳۴٪ معادل: ۲۷دلار(دلار ۸۳۰۰۰) درحالیکه پارسال ۳۳دلار بود. ⬇️کاهش دلاری= ۱۸٪ دلار زیادی رفته بالا؟ یا قیمتها هنوز رشد نکردن؟ در هر صورت فرقی نداره تا سال دیگه له میشیم.
