♻️ ГИРЕЙ БАИРОВ 📍КЪЫРЫМ. В Тувахе делали хлеб в специальных печках - фурун. Перед тем, как положить тесто лепешек - пите в фурун, проверяли на сколько нагрелась печка. 👍 Для этого брали тесто 1-2 пробных лепешки, которые называли фурунопта. 📍После того, как фурунопта была готова уже было ясно, что температура достаточна.
