مبسوطه جدًا ان الشرح عجبكم و كان فيه استفاده بالنسبه للتجميعه معنديش مشكله اعمل واحده لكن للأسف المحاضره دي ملهاش تأكيدات فا لو حابين ممكن اعمل حاجه بس مش هتبقى تأكيدات الدكتوره

الأكل بيزود ال HCL secretion ف عشان كدا مش بنقوله على مريض ال EU & GU بالنسبه لل DU ف الأكل بيعمل زي buffering للHCL و بيقلل من حموضه ال HCL ف عشان كدا لو HCL نزل على ال duodenum هيكون اخف من لو مفيش أكل
