Здравствуйте, Даша! Приобрела оба ваших сборника, они просто супер! Давно хотела испечь любимое с детства миндальное пирожное, но боялась, что не получится. Ответственно заявляю: по вашему рецепту приготовит даже тот, кто не умеет! Было совсем не сложно, быстро и результат восхитительный, хрустящее сверху и мягкая сердцевина 😍 Сфотографировать сразу не сообразила, а когда вспомнила про фото, остались только крошки 😂 …
Добрый вечер! Хочу выразить огромную благодарность Дарье, автору сборников «Вкус жизни» и «Вишенка на торте»! Особенно порадовало, что рецепты действительно рабочие и понятные. Успела приготовить Ачму, индейку в глянце, Баунти и шоколадный чизкейк. Семья в восторге, я спокойна за состав блюд. Отдельно спасибо за структуру: все разложено по полочкам, нет лишней воды, только чуть и польза. Чувствуется, что в этот труд …

Доброго дня. Приготовила сегодня два десерта, "Баунти" и " Шоколадная вишня" 😁 На приготовление ушло примерно 2 часа это с учетом всё взвесить, смешать, перемешать, выпечка коржей( в моей микре получилось чуть дольше) сварить крем и что бы это еще и остыло, ну и конечно сама сборка десертов. Корж для " Шоколадной вишни" сделала из рецепта "Баунти"+ какао( как написано в сборнике, так как пудинга нет, а желания поскор…
Забыла убрать в холодильник, спустя полтора часа он ничуть не потерял форму, не поплыл.
Чизкейк. Потрясающе стабильная, нежная текстура, очень шоколадный вкус, совершенно неожиданные ингредиенты в минимальном количестве.
Вишневый трайфл для сыночки в соответствующем для него размере, был уничтожен с просьбой о добавке 😅
