Ещё перед новым годом хотела написать пост про чудо Адвент календаря и как просыпаться с ожиданием хорошего дня. В общем, мне свет очей моих сделал Адвент календарь, была открыточка с карточками-заданиями и подарочек под ёлкой, я тогда ещё уезжала в командировку в СПб и мне выдали гору свертков с датой на них, в какой день открывать. И вот меньше чем за неделю у меня появилась привычка засыпать в предвкушении подарк…

Кстати да! Сколько раз я откладывала приобретение чего-то, потому что казалось, что мне такое рано, куда мне духи за 30 ку, когда я ботинки лишние купить не могу. Или потому что кажется, что это сложно, дорого, не бывает. А если отбросить рефлексию, то появятся силы найти решение. Как с духами этими чертовыми, вместо того, чтоб копить или ждать юбилея, когда можно заказать дорогой подарок(тоже три хахаха, кто сказал…

Добрый день! А насколько идеальный день у вас сегодня? Вот по ссылке Олеся Зайко, психолог из СПб, написала очень похожее про мой #завтракзакуска. Я в свое время, когда было совсем не айс в жизни, ввела себе такой хэштег и делала посты в инсту. Хотя бы раз в неделю-10дней делать инстаграмбл завтрак, который для меня, который вкусный, красивый и без спешки(так-то я вообще не ем первые два часа). Это было что-то отчаст…
