Меняем вывески двух наших московских корнеров. Вместо «Рыбного угла» будет «Плёсский угол». А в меню вернётся разработанный нами когда-то сытный мясной угол большого размера (вдвое больше стандартного размера углов) — «Двойной угол с мраморной говядиной». Подавать его будем со свежей зеленью, соленьями и, наверное, даже с картошкой. На наш нескромный и субъективный взгляд, он сможет стать отличной альтернативой бурге…

Плёсские углы оказались в центре внимания очередного выпуска «Битвы шефов». Надо сказать, что оба ведущих не понаслышке знают об углах, посещали наши корнеры в Москве, да и в Плёсе у нас бывали.

Помимо рыбных углов, значительной части потребителей нужны и мясные. Приготовили на пробу углы уютного домашнего вкуса — с фаршем из свинины и говядины — и подали к ним любимые соусы к мясу.

«Рыбный угол» из Плёса — на фестивале «Вкусы России»! С 14 по 24 августа на ВДНХ, на центральной аллее за фонтаном Дружбы Народов. Наш киоск — второй от фонтана. Плёсский лодочник на фото, в тельняшке и соломенной шляпе, — мой племянник Иван Сергеевич Шевцов.
