KRAS ингибитор по цифрам выиграл Доцетаксел при НМРЛ??? (но ему предстоит встретиться в очном сравнении). Ранее писал про Дараксонрасиб и революцию в лечении метастатического рака поджелудочной железы. KRAS мутации встречаются примерно в 30% случаев НМРЛ, но до сих пор таргетная терапия существовала только для подгруппы с G12C мутациями (самой частой мутации KRAS при НМРЛ) - для остальных вариантов (G12D, G12V, Q61)…

Мы не используем какую-либо терапию не только из-за отсутствия эффективности по данным клин. исследований, но также из-за конкретных причин патогенеза и первичной резистентности. Как я уже писал выше, MSS КРР (около 90% всех случаев колоректального рака) остаётся практически невосприимчив к иммунотерапии. Начались посты про колоректальный рак Известно, что MSS-подтип КРР (кроме POLE и MUTYH мутированных опухолей) очень скромно (а скорее никак) отвечает на иммунотерапию. Метастазы в головной мозг при колоректальном раке довольно редкая история. Доцетаксел опять выиграл у таргетной терапии??? (знакомая ситуация, да?) А вообще, крутая работа! Найти предлеченных пациентов с мКРРПЖ, которые выдержали терапию с Карбоплатином AUC4/5 - это сильно. Я устал, я ухожу Рак поджелудочной железы. Как бы страшен не был зверь, нам надо пытаться найти возможности воздействия на него. В том числе через максимальное понимание патогенеза заболевания.
