Здаров. Что-то я не писала ничего давно, но вот наткнулась на одну статью в хвалёном пабмеде, о которой вот-вот разгорятся споры да обсуждения. Статья только что была опубликована в журнале Journal of Pediatric Genetics. Ок, журнал четвертой квартили с импакт-индексом 0.7 (в общем, журнал с низким рейтингом), однако он цитируем. Тут неделю назад на JAMA шикарное исследование опубликовали. Изучили взаимосвязь ходьбы и здоровья у впечатляющего количества людей - аж 78 500 - на протяжении 7 лет. Если кратко, то ходить полезно (ю донт сэй) - это доказанно защищает от сердечных заболеваний, онкологии и вообще разной смерти. Чем больше прошёл, тем сильнее снизил риск, т.е. в идеале достичь 10 000 шагов за день. Но и пять тыщ лучше двух. А ещё лучш…

Тут у меня на раёнчике чад кутежа, поглядите. Кто-то не может дождаться завтрашнего Валентина, и поёт оду любви Маринке уже сегодня. Одни скажут, что это кукож (я скажу, я всегда всех осуждаю), другие - что я прост завидую (что не исключено). Впрочем, с наступающим 😍💋🦭
