Вчера была на выставке Психологии и коучинга... Вообще, искала себе какое-то толковое обучение или мастер-классы для развития своих проф.навыков. Но впечатления со вчерашнего дня до сих пор не дают мне покоя. Мне в инсте все время попадаются ролики о том, какие HR ужасные, тупые и конченые. Не дают работу таким прекрасным специалистам и задают тупые вопросы. 😡 А ниче тот факт, что за прошлую неделю, из примерно 15 смм-специалистов, которые хотят 100500 миллионов рублей, только 1 ответил мне на вопрос в чем разница b2b и b2c проектов. 1. Один. из 15-ти Но работы у них нет, потому что HR тупой. да да
