5 дней подряд по 10 тысяч шагов и вот мои 10 заметок по этому поводу: 1. Теперь минимум 1,5 часа я провожу на улице 2. Я обзавелась базовым минимумом пешехода (водичка 350 мл, поясная сумочка, жгут для телефона) 3. Мне не нравится сидеть дома 4. Освоила автобусы и расстояние в 5 км больше не ощущается большим для пешей прогулки 5. У меня выровнилось настроение, я не оцениваю день, пока не сделаю первые шажочки на ул…

я интервально голодала практически всю весну и после череды свободных месяцев гастрономической распущенности решила запустить процесс аутофагии на максимум🔥 первые три дня прошли гладко (для фастинга я использую приложение Zero, скрины оттуда), я спокойно влилась и не испытывала страданий, но вчера после увеличения нагрузки ходьбой решила, ну кто я такая, чтобы запретить себе съесть рамен в 8 вечера, а рамен в 8 веч…

1:40 заняли у меня 9500 шагов есть ощущение, что вуп дал бы меньше, но хорошо, что я его сейчас не ношу🤝 было жарко в целлофане, долго и шумно в начале пути, но в итоге я слушала Лорана Гунеля и думала о том, а как бы я чувствовала себя в булочной в час пик, если бы долго выбирала хлеб и вызывала массовое неудобство? настраиваемся на завтрашние 10к, полные энергии

первый раз была за стенами новодевичьего монастыря сегодняшнее гудение в ногах посвящено: 16,5 км по Хамовникам Запоминайте маршрут: завтрак в Nothing Fancy - Новодевичий - Палаты Льва Толстого (кофейня XVII была закрыта к сожалению)- обед в Eggsellent - болтать у пруда в Садовых кварталах могла бы занести в этот список обед в Finch, но он нас дико разочаровал, испортился, так что я его для себя закэнселила
