Здравствуйте. С собой из марафона забираю сами задания. Мне они помогли остановиться и оглядеться вокруг. Немного по-другому посмотреть на себя, свои чувства и то, что происходит в моей жизни. Увидела в канале Оли новое эссе о ППП, не прочитав его поняла, что тоже созрела написать. После прохождения марафона, заметила, что стало меньше криков и обид. Спокойнее реагирую на фразу "мам, ты тупишь", да и слышу ее намного реже. Уходить контроль по гаджетам. Сын согласился ходить к психотерапевту и они проговорили график посещения и для чего он необходим. Благодаря обучению проще отношусь к словам сына и не прим…
