Если после каждой стрессовой ситуации спрашивать себя: "А где тут ближайший ресторан/ кафе/ кино/дискотека?", то у болезней не будет шансов! Философия простая: Если любая неудача - это просто повод для нового приключения, то стрессу просто негде жить!😁 А какие у вас способы превращать " кошмар" в " ну и ладно, зато....."?
