🙃Заготовка трав в "Радужном". В дни фестиваля (и самый пик сбора трав) погода порадовала солнечными деньками. Казалось бы, разложи травы на улице и они быстро высохнут. А вот и фигушки. Это не идеальные условия, так как столы открытые, ветер сдувает, утренняя влажность... Идеально когда в закрытом хорошо проветриваемом помещении. 🥟На прошлой неделе экспериментировал с добавлением моих пряностей в вареники. В ход пошли тимьян (чабрец), имеретинский шафран, шалфей лекарственный, душица (орегано). 🍑Особо хочу выделить сочетание абрикосовой начинки и тимьяна. Это прям "вау-эффект"!
