七，时间问题 1.一般迟到10-15分钟大家互相谅解下堵车啥的，别太计较。 2.迟到15分钟以上，可以要求补偿，补偿也是从妹妹那出，补偿客户跟下一个客户。同样客人迟到15分钟以上，都要算自己的钟上时间了。避免后面客户等太久。

六，退钟投诉问题 1.如果妹妹服务没有标大，或者超大服务没到，别找妹妹麻烦，去跟客服说，让客服处理，补偿或者按时间付钱。 2.素质出击，不要标大店，给他不给我生气，下作不成找问题退钟。大部分店都是后付，但不是你钻漏子的资本。 3.一般店进门十分钟，对妹妹不满意，可以退钟无损退钟(前提素质客，不是十分钟下作不成退钟)
