"Орловские аналитики" заметили одну тенденцию. Когда в Орел приехал питерский губернатор Потомский, то погода в Орле стала питерской. Постоянные дожди не давали класть асфальт. Когда Потомский уехал погода наладилась лето было шикарным, но в Орел вместе с москвичем губернатором Клычковым в Орел пришли московские пробки. Эта дичь, с ежедневным утренним и вечерним автомобильным стояком, начинает раздражать.
