Результат порядка в финансах бизнеса - деньги в кармане собственника. А когда поток этих денег уже налажен, можно задуматься и о масштабировании своего дела. Например, с помощью инвесторов. Это такие облигации, где нет купонов, но их продают с большой скидкой. Конкретно в этом случае - продают за 49% номинала, а через 5 лет погасят за 100%.
