За окошко прилетели горлицы — взяли и свили гнездо на креплении бельевых веревок. Точнее, взяли и свили — это преувеличение, они складывали его из веточек довольно долго, неделю, а то и больше, но в итоге сложили. Я никогда не был в такой близости с птицами — но горлицы хорошие птицы, они красивее, чем голуби, приятнее, чем сороки, и спокойнее, чем воробьи. С другими я, думаю, и водиться бы не стал — скинул бы гнездо…

книга али и нино, которой я продолжил свой читательский год мне понравилась не слишком сильно. во многом она, кажется, дублирует биографию самого льва. с некоторыми изменениями, впрочем. али — вовсе не сын нефтяного магната, а потомок старого знатного рода ширваншахов, идущего еще из средневековья, а сам лев вряд ли влюблялся в грузинскую — или какую-то еще — девушку, пока жил в баку, ну и в революционных событиях он…
