⚡Очередное налоговое ноу-хау. ФНС дала регионам добро составлять акты по «площадке» (вне зависимости от её бренда и порядкового номера) задним числом, без открытия ВНП — путём перезакрытия ранее завершенной камеральной проверки уже с нарушениями. Технически это позволяет составить акт камеральной проверки спустя практически любое количество времени после её окончания. Где-то к такому творческому развитию положений…

Брендирование от ФНС Раньше под брендом ФНС понимались единый стиль, символика и оформление налоговых органов, а теперь ФНС, похоже, взялась за брендирование площадок по продаже бумажного НДС. Началась новая рассылка с угрозами (которая почему-то у всех налогоплательщиков заботливо падает в «Спам» в ТКС) о выявлении очередной площадки - теперь уже под номером 2. Появилась информация, что ФНС заходила в обувной магазин по вопросу квалификации бонусных баллов OZON как выручки предпринимателей на УСН, селлер OZON, оспаривавший результаты камеральной проверки с такими выводами, уже дошел до суда (А40-740/2026), однако 30.07.2026 судебное дело прекращено ввиду изменения позиции ФНС. Ещё новости по работе с так называемой апрельской площадкой. Для тех, кто немного в курсе, не станет новостью тот факт, что первоначальные 4800 компаний, записанных в площадку ради красивых цифр, оказались без отчётности в АСК НДС-2, как радостно сообщали налоговики, "с разрешения Генпрокуратуры". Друзья мои, вчера меня открыто обвинили в подаче исключительно негативных новостей, поэтому сегодня сразу 2 позитивные новости. Вчера был подписан Федеральный закон о сохранении лимита выручки по УСН без НДС в размере 20 миллионов рублей до 2030 года, так что пару лет ещё гуляем. Как говорится, как сделать человеку хорошо? Налоговики всерьёз взялись за контроль ценообразования при реализации машин, выкупленных (или подлежащих выкупу) из лизинга и тут же реализованных физическим лицам по цене намного ниже рыночной.
