Людям, пережившим травматические события в детстве очень сложно восстановить доверие к миру во взрослом возрасте, ведь если случилось одно большое предательство как можно кому-то еще доверять? В такие моменты можно обращать внимание на себя, так как именно ты тот человек, который для себя всегда рядом и тот, на кого точно можно положиться (значит и другие такие же где-то в этом мире существуют). #терапевтическое

Непрожитая травма это то, что не даёт нам рассмотреть, что есть другие варианты, кроме как постоянное проигрывание этой травмы.
В терапии всегда есть место чуду. Иногда бывают просто квантовые скачки и думаешь - ого. Но чем больше человек в терапии надеется только на чудо, что ему что-то такое предложат или скажут и сразу на безжизненной земле расцветут сады, тем меньший настрой на реальную работу: столкновение с непрожитым гореванием, со сложными эмоциями, с болью и всем тем, с чем неизбежно сталкиваешься работая с травмой.
