Хочу поделиться небольшой историей.
7 мая 2026 года я получила серьезную травму голеностопного сустава путем неудачного прыжка на скалодроме с 3 метров.
Было больно. Даже очень. Примерно месяц я ходила и думала, что это всего лишь растяжение и ничего особенного. Продолжала лазать и даже успела съездить на скалы и частично оплатить поездку на Кавказ на сборы скалолазные.
Нога продолжала болеть.
Сделала МРТ - частич…
Только что видео которое я опубликовала заметил музыкант на которого я в последнее время подсела и чью песню я перепела.
Счастью нет предела.
