График у нас 3/1, то есть 3 дня работаем, а на 4-й отдыхаем. Ну, как отдыхаем, ахах… Обычно в такие дни мы ходим группой на небольшие восхождения (2500-3100 метров), чтобы акклиматизироваться, научиться правильно дышать, перемещаться по разной местности и тд.
