Творожные шарики Творог. На упаковку 180-200 г одно яйцо, мука, сахар по вкусу, соль, сода гашёная. Можно сахар ванильный добавить. Муку добавлять постепенно, тесто должно в шарики хорошо кататься. Если посуда узкая, то масло мл 100-150 всего нужно. На фото половина. Выходит много. Переворачивать не нужно, они сами крутятся и жарятся. Внутри нежные. Котлеточки куриные. фарш куриный 114руб 400г(можно свиной взять, у нас бывает по 89 300г), луковица - 10руб, 2 зуб чес - 5руб, 3 картошки - 10руб, муки 50-100г - 5руб = 144 руб = 6 котлет. 3 дня их обычно хватает, если только на обед кушОть. А на гарнир картошку доедаю прошлогоднюю с подвала) Ха Рецепт на странице(если кто не умеет готовить простейшие котлеты)
Греча, жареный лучок, сосиски (можно красная цена), борщ (без мяса тут): 2 свёклы, 2 картофельны, лучок, 1 морковка, можно ещё шикануть взять маленькую Помидорку пасту, хлеб 1-2

Канапе 'по-надёжному'. Котлета, макароны, зуботычка. Можно украсить кетчупом за 30р. По себестоимости за порцию вообще не дорого выходит.
