На фотографиях одни из первых мечетей на территории Дагестана и Кавказа. По своему внутреннему устройству они очень похожи на ту, которая в Табасаране, особенно арочная система строительства. Их датируют 7 и 8 веками.
Возможно мечеть в Зиле тоже была построена ранее, 10 веком её датировали чисто из за красного кирпича, из которого она была построена, что не совсем правильно.
Этот вопрос нуждается в изучении.
