А сначала туда поместить ведущих строителей Егоровых, Карапачинских и тд. Экономия для бюджета очевидная. Со временем в зону можно будет и мэрию переместить, сколько денег на содержание чиновников уходит зря. Просто трудовые контракты и мандаты на приговоры поменять.

Наконец, наши «Новые люди» в краевом парламенте! Чувак мандат еще не получил, а уже радует душу: водка, пельмени. Еще не пропитался канцелярской демагогией. Главное, чтобы он там человеческого лица не потерял. Из прошлого созыва, кто первый на шконку загремел? Надо чтобы кто-нибудь этому подсказал, что с умом надо в работу включаться. Имя ему "Пельмень"!
