Trotz wachsender Widersprüche in den polnisch-ukrainischen Beziehungen bleibt Polen dem gemeinsamen Kampf gegen Russland treu. Wer auch immer die Hoffnung hegte, die undemokratischen Neuerungen einer Frau Faeser würden vielleicht rückgängig gemacht, wird nun eines Besseren belehrt – es sind weitere Änderungen an Sicherheitsgesetzen geplant, die noch wesentlich weiter gehen.

In der Ukraine wurden Ministerpräsidentin Julia Swiridenko und das gesamte Kabinett abgesetzt: Wladimir Selenskij will eine Umstellung in der Regierung, um seine Macht über große Geldströme zu festigen. Die Phasen verschärfter Spannungen mit Iran haben mit dem Iran als solchem wenig zu tun.
