Принятие Clarity Act отложено сенаторами США, так как в приоритете другие законодательные инициативы в том числе новый пакет санкций.
Все криптаны сейчас внимательно наблюдают как проходит голосование в сенате США по Clarity Act. Этот исторический 616 страничный документ должен привнести ясности в вопросах регулирования цифровых активов. Насколько известно для принятия акта необходимо еще 9 голосов сенаторов. Здесь конечно следует добавить ясности, зарубежные аналитики не разделяют в какой именно области регулирования возникли сложности. Для рынка же все достаточно очевидно, что трудности возникли именно в сфере регулирования энергетики.
Аналитики, которые комментируют индекс хешрейта, связывают резкое падение вычислительной мощности в Казахстане с «регуляторным давлением» (regulatory pressure). Примечательно, что по другим странам, где также наблюдалось резкое падение хешрейта приводятся такие причины - геополитика и макроэкономическая нестабильность. А у нас правовое регулирование. Это значит, что кризис в нашей индустрии рукотворный!

На 2027 год предусмотрен рост стоимости услуги по обеспечению готовности электрической мощности к несению нагрузки до уровня 2 300 000 тенге без НДС за 1МВт. Сейчас тариф на мощность в Астане составляет примерно 2,66 тенге на кВт*ч без НДС. В следующем году стоимость услуги может составить приблизительно до 3,9 тенге на кВт*ч без НДС.
