ЦБ прислал инфу, что меня нет в их базе по 161-фз и ограничени йот банков по этой причине быть не может Банк говорит, что причин стало даже больше(всех их я могу привязать под общую ситуацию), а ещё добавляют, что в базе 161-фз банка россии я всё таки есть(либо к них инфа устарела, а новая ещё щас два дня идти будет).
