Я стала очень не внимательна к себе. Полностью забила на спорт, перестала делать зарядку по утрам, готовить себе хорошую, полезную еду, поправилась. Только вчера осознала, что без внимания оставила важную часть жизни. Да, я балую себя, вкусно кормлю в кафешках, гоняю в горы, вижусь с друзьями. Да, я не забиваю на работу, выполняю задачи.
