Айнское мороженое из горбуши Зимой шкурку горбуши нарезали ленточками, замачивали в морской воде, варили до полного размягчения. Шкурку растирали пестиком и в полученную однородную смесь добавляли ягоды. Затем в деревянной посуде выносили из дома на холод и замораживали.
