Проблема с утечкой памяти полностью решена! Удалось найти и переписать одну из функций на мульти процессинг.
Если сегодня бот проработает хорошо, то значит так и будет, я сделал. А если нет, то выключу и продолжу исправлять.
Тестовый запуск на моем домашнем ноутбуке через мобильный интернет. Всё хорошо работает и утечки памяти за 40 секунд нет. И на сервере тоже по отдельности хорошо два бото работают. А вместе с 9 марта не хотят работать, а до девять марта работали нормально тоже
